Mentoring

Sarah with her experience in aquatic therapy and musculoskeletal physiotherapy can provide mentoring to physiotherapists who do not have in-house peer support. Working alone in your field of expertise, or in a new expected role, has become more common however it is important to have someone to troubleshoot ideas for complex patients, discuss concerns or for advice on treatment progression or policy formation. Sarah can allocate set hours on a one off basis or act as regular support.
